Recipe for delicious banana raw cake. A delicate banana base, avocado cream and a rich layer of raw chocolate create a perfect harmony of flavours.
Ingredients
On the base:
- 2 pcs Large bananas
- 1 cup Of dates
- 2 cups almond flakes
- pinch of sea salt
For the cream:
- 2 pcs avocados
- 3 tablespoon agave syrup
- A pinch of vanilla powder
To chocolate:
- 1⁄2 cups Cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoon agave syrup
- pinch of sea salt

Directions
Start by blending bananas, dates, almond flakes and salt in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Transfer the finished mixture to the cake tin. Shape the edges to form a nice cake. I recommend using a mould with a diameter of 26 cm.
To prepare the cream, blend the avocados, agave syrup and vanilla powder. Blend until a smooth cream is formed, then spread on the cake base.
Finally, prepare the raw chocolate. Mix all the ingredients and let stand for a while before spreading on the cake.
Place the cake in the refrigerator for at least an hour until firm.
