Crush the biscuits and mix them with the melted butter. Press the mixture into a cake tin and bake for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 180 °C.

3. Step

Mash the bananas, add cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, and sugar. Whisk the cream and pour over the pre-baked crust.

4. Step

Bake at 160 °C for approximately 45 minutes.

Let the cheesecake cool down and pour over the glaze, which we prepare by heating the cream until it is hot and adding chocolate to it. Let it stand for a while and then mix it properly. Pour over the cheesecake and let it harden.
