Banana-apple pancakes
Recipe for quick and our favourite banana-apple pancakes, which I prepare for my children.
Ingredients
- 2 pcs Mashed bananas
- 1 pcs grated apple
- 200 g Plain flour
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 150 ml milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- pinch of salt

Directions
First, prepare the ingredients. Mash the bananas with a fork and grate the apple.
In a bowl, mix eggs, milk, mashed bananas and grated apple.
Add the plain flour mixed with baking powder and salt to the mixture. Mix again. If the dough is too thick, you can add a little milk. Conversely, if it is too thin, add a little flour. Optimally, the dough should have the consistency of thick porridge.
Spoon the batter into the oiled pan and bake the pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Serve the finished pancakes preferably still warm.
