Baked Potatoes with Sauerkraut
Traditional baked potatoes with sauerkraut, suitable as a main course.

- 1 kg Potatoes
- 2 ts salt
- 2 ts curry spices
- 1 packing cooking cream
- 1 ts Grater
- 3 pcs onion
- 1⁄2 kg sour cabbage
- bay leaf
- whole black pepper
- oil

1. Step
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.
2. Step
We put it into a baking dish and mix with salt, curry, caraway and a bit of oil. Mix everything together.
3. Step
Finely chop 1 onion and spread it over the potatoes.
4. Step
Put it in the oven, preheated to 200°C, and bake for 30 minutes.
5. Step
We put sour cream on the potatoes, pour over with cream, sprinkle with spices and bay leaf. Bake covered for another 30 minutes. In the meantime, fry the chopped 2 onions in a pan.
6. Step
We uncover the dough, add the roasted onion on top and let it finish baking.
