1. Step

Wash the potatoes well under running water and cut them into pieces. They don't need to be peeled.

2. Step

Finely chop the onion and pepper. Crush the garlic.

3. Step

Put potatoes, onion, pepper and garlic into a large bowl. Add olive oil, rosemary, oregano, paprika, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.

4. Step

Transfer the potatoes to a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in an oven preheated to 200°C for approximately 40-50 minutes, or until the potatoes are beautifully crispy and golden brown.
