Baileys Tiramisu
A creamy and delicious dessert, perfect for any special occasion. An Italian classic with a touch of Irish cream liqueur. The Baileys Tiramisu dessert is alcoholic and not suitable for children.
Ingredients
For the cream
- 80 Gram sugar
- 500 Gram mascarpone
- 4 Tablespoon Baileys Irish Cream
For the topping
- 200 Gram Ladyfingers
- 2 Cups Strong coffee
- 2 Tablespoon Cocoa powder

Directions
1. For the Baileys Tiramisu, first beat the egg yolks and sugar together until they are light and foamy.
2. Add the mascarpone and Baileys and continue stirring until the mixture is smooth.
3. Briefly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them in a layer at the bottom of a casserole dish.
4. Spread a layer of Bailey's mascarpone cream over the ladyfingers.
5. Repeat the process with the remaining ladyfingers and cream, until everything is used up, and finish with a layer of cream on top.
6. Sprinkle the tiramisu with cocoa powder, cover it and place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours (or overnight).
Serve the Baileys Tiramisu chilled.
