- 40 g butter
- 50 cl beef broth

Peel and wash the potatoes.

Turn the potatoes into olives weighing between 80 to 100 g.

Blanch them for 5 minutes and drain them.

Heat a sauté pan or frying pan with the butter, season and finish cooking in the oven at 180°C.
