1. Step

Peel and wash the potatoes.

2. Step

Turn the potatoes into olives weighing between 80 to 100 g.

3. Step

Blanch them for 5 minutes and drain them.

4. Step

Heat a sauté pan or frying pan with the butter, season and finish cooking in the oven at 180°C.

Add the beef broth and over low heat, let the potatoes absorb the flavours.

6. Step

Serve immediately and enjoy!
