Asparagus soup with vegetables
This delicious spring soup utilizes green asparagus complemented by a selection of other vegetables for a simple yet tasty meal.

- 500 g green asparagus
- 2 pcs carrot
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs Potatoes
- 1 pcs chive
Spice
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 ts salt
- 1 ts black pepper

Clean and chop the vegetables.
Saute the chopped onion to golden brown in olive oil.
Add the vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
