- 100 ml water

- 500 g Curd cheese
- 1 yolk
- 3 spoons crystal sugar

Mix all the ingredients for the dough together (the ingredients should be at room temperature). Press two thirds of the dough into the bottom of a cake tin, which we have greased with butter. Prick the dough with a fork.
Wash the apricots, cut them in half and remove the pits. Boil them with sugar and lemon juice. Mix golden cluster/vanilla pudding in water and pour into the boiled apricots. Cook briefly and let it cool slightly.
Mix the cottage cheese with sugar, vanilla, and egg yolk.
