Apple strudel from puff pastry
Recipe for an amazing apple strudel made from puff pastry that you have baked in no time.
Ingredients
- 500 g puff pastry
- 4 pcs apples
- 100 g sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 pcs Egg white
- confectionery sugar

If you have frozen dough, thaw it according to the instructions on the package.
Meanwhile, coarsely grate the apples and mix them with the sugar and cinnamon.
Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured board to a thickness of approximately 3mm.
Spread the apple mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving about a 2.5cm border.
Roll the puff pastry into a roll.
Brush the top of the dough with egg white.
Bake the apple strudel in a preheated oven at 180°C for 35-40 minutes or until the strudel is golden brown.
After baking, allow this apple strudel to cool before serving and sprinkle with icing sugar.
