Apple pie with sour cream
Recipe for a fantastic apple pie with sour cream.
Ingredients
- 4 pcs Medium apples
- 200 g Crystal sugar
- 125 g butter
- 3 pcs Eggs
- 200 g Plain flour
- 1 pcs baking powder
- 150 g sour cream
- vanilla sugar
- cinnamon
- pinch of salt

Directions
Start by making the apple filling. Slice the apples into marigolds and fry them in a pan with 100g of sugar and butter.
Meanwhile, prepare the dough. In a large bowl, mix the eggs and the remaining 100g of sugar, then add the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt.
Grease a baking tray and sprinkle with flour. Place the dough on the baking sheet so that the edges are raised.
In a bowl, mix the sour cream with the sugar and pour the mixture over the dough.
Place the sliced apples on top of the dough.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes. Let it cool on the baking sheet after taking it out and then sprinkle it lightly with vanilla sugar and cinnamon for a delicious taste.
