Apple Pie with Crumble
This delicious apple pie with a delicate crumble is ideal for an afternoon coffee. It's light and full of fruit.

- 350 g Plain flour
- 1 pcs egg
- 150 g Crystal sugar
- 1 pcs baking powder
- 150 g butter

Directions
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare a baking dish that you grease with butter.
Dough: In a bowl, mix the flour with the sugar and baking powder. Add eggs and butter and work into a smooth dough.
Roll out frequently and place in the prepared mold at the bottom and sides of the mold and put it in the fridge.
Fill: Peel the apples, remove the cores and grate them for the dough. Add cinnamon and sugar, mix and subsequently spread on the dough.
Breadcrumb: Mix flour, butter and sugar in a bowl until you get a coarser breadcrumb. Sprinkle the breadcrumb evenly over the apples.
Bake the cake in a preheated oven for about 35-40 minutes, until it is nicely golden. Let it cool down and then we can serve it.
