Apple, Hazelnut and Chocolate Cake
Even though I am always creating new recipes and almost always prepare different cakes, this one made it to the list of those I like to repeat. Tasty, moist, simple.

- 4 pcs Eggs
- 180 g Cane sugar
- 200 g Smooth spelt flour
- 150 ml oil
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 1 ts Tea Bicarbonate Sodas
- 1 ts baking powder
- 1 ts cinnamon
- pinch ground nutmeg
- 150 g Chocolates
- 8 pcs apple
- a handful hazelnuts

1. Step
Chop the chocolate finely. Peel the apples and cut them into smaller pieces.
2. Step
Beat the eggs with sugar. Beat in the oil and mix in the dry ingredients. Finally, stir in the chopped apples and chocolate.
3. Step
Pour the dough onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
4. Step
Sprinkle the top with chopped hazelnuts, or pieces of chocolate.
5. Step
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
